Are you physically able to walk up and down hills in tropical weather? (Our retreat center is built on a hill and is spread out across 12 acres of land, so mobility is essential.)

Do you have any fears or hesitations about joining us for this retreat? If yes, what are they?

Have you been diagnosed with any physical or mental illnesses or are you recovering from any acute trauma? (Your response is completely confidential and just helps us to know how we can best support you.)

Are you currently taking any medications? (Again, this helps us know how we can best support you in a safe way.)

Do you anticipate being pregnant during this retreat? (Some of our practices are contraindicated with pregnancy but we can provide you with safe alternative movements during these sessions.)
